Join our growing People and Culture team as an HR Coordinator and play a key role in shaping a positive and engaging workplace while delivering on GeoSpectrum's People & Culture strategy. As the HR Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and providing exceptional HR service. You'll work closely with business unit managers to understand the employee experience and recommend continuous improvement ideas that strengthen our culture. Most importantly, you'll be the first point of contact for candidates and employees while championing GTI's very special brand and creating a welcoming, people-first experience. This position is ideal for an early HR professional looking to grow their career and gain hands-on experience across all areas of Human Resources.
