Overview

Are you detail-oriented, service-minded, and curious about how HR supports a business behind the scenes? This role is your entry point into Human Resources, where you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality HR services to employees and managers while building a strong foundation in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.

This is an entry-level role with a structured scope, following established HR practices and procedures, and is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in Human Resources. This is a full time temporary position with an initial duration of approximately 6 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality operational HR support to employees and managers across the organization
  • Enter, maintain, and validate HR data in HR systems (e.g. new hires, role changes, relocations, terminations)
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including contracts, offers, changes, and documentation
