1. Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Shared Services (HRSS) professional to join our Employee Relations team on a contractual basis. The Consultant (Subcon) would be responsible for supporting various pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding formalities and compliance-related activities, ensuring a smooth and compliant integration of new employees into the organization. The role involves seamless coordination with new joiners, multiple internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the employees.
2. Objectives:
Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new hires.
Facilitate onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation sessions, and initial training.
Ensure new employees are well-integrated into the company culture and understand organizational policies and procedures.
Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new employees.
