Position Overview
TP-Link is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support the company's people management processes and foster a positive and high-performance work environment. This role will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, team development, and internal HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
Support team development, training, and learning initiatives.
Monitor team performance and assist in performance management processes.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
