Job Description:
We are looking for a temporary HR Coordinator for approximately two months to cover during a transition period.
The focus of the HR Coordinator will be Recruiting and Onboarding with some contributions to other projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide full-cycle recruitment, from job posting through onboarding of new hiresProcess terminations, status changesMaintain HR data integrity and confidentialityContribute to HR projects and communications as neededMaintain and update employee records, HR files, and job descriptions in accordance with internal standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist roleThorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
