Job Description

The HR Corporate Learning and Development Assistant will support the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and general HR policy support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job listings and screening resumes.
  • Help maintain employee records and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support the HR department in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general support on HR policies and procedures.
