Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy metrics in addition to predictive models to solve HR problems (., attrition prediction, talent sourcing, compensation modeling).
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights on workforce trends.
  • Partner with HRBPs, talent acquisition, Talant development and other groups across HR to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Work with large, complex datasets from various HR systems
  • Align with the HR data governance team to ensure consistent metric definition
  • Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
