Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy HR Data Analyst to join our HR Data Intelligence and Governance team. This role will leverage data science techniques to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for data-driven decision-making in the HR domain.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy metrics in addition to predictive models to solve HR problems (e.g., attrition prediction, talent sourcing, compensation modeling).
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights on workforce trends.
