Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy metrics in addition to predictive models to solve HR problems (., attrition prediction, talent sourcing, compensation modeling).
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights on workforce trends.
  • Partner with HRBPs, talent acquisition, Talant development and other groups across HR to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations .
  • Work with large, complex datasets from various HR systems
  • Align with the HR data governance team to ensure consistent metric definition
  • Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
  • Qualifications

  • Required

  • 5-7 years industry experience in reporting and analytics
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Possess a personable and confident manner with good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience working with human resources data, reporting, and analytics
  • Experience working with large volumes of data and testing data flow across multiple systems
  • Ability to document complex business and technical processes
  • Experience with key software development processes such as requirements, sprint planning, testing, and change management
  • Ability to collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, business partners and other stakeholders
  • Experience with agile methodology and project management
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Aptitude to learn new software and data solutions
  • Preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systems
  • Prior experience as an application Product Manager or Product Owner
