Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy metrics in addition to predictive models to solve HR problems (., attrition prediction, talent sourcing, compensation modeling).Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights on workforce trends.Partner with HRBPs, talent acquisition, Talant development and other groups across HR to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Work with large, complex datasets from various HR systemsAlign with the HR data governance team to ensure consistent metric definitionTranslate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations. Qualifications
Required. or degree5-7 years industry experience in reporting and analyticsAttention to detail and follow-throughPossess a personable and confident manner with good communication and presentation skillsAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholdersExperience working with human resources data, reporting, and analyticsExperience working with large volumes of data and testing data flow across multiple systemsAbility to document complex business and technical processesExperience with key software development processes such as requirements, sprint planning, testing, and change managementAbility to collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, business partners and other stakeholdersExperience with agile methodology and project managementStrong critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis skillsAptitude to learn new software and data solutionsPreferredFamiliarity with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systemsPrior experience as an application Product Manager or Product Owner
