Job Description
As HR Data & People Analytics Lead at ARIS, you will play a key role in building a trusted, executive-grade people data capability across Europe and beyond. You will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle — from integrating data sources to delivering decision-ready insights for the CEO, CFO and our private equity stakeholders.
This role combines people analytics, advanced data modelling, and strategic workforce intelligence. It is not an HRBP role and not a Dayforce reporting/admin role — you will build the analytics layer above systems, create the single source of truth for HR data, and prepare the organisation for AI-driven decision making.
