Job Description
The HR Data Governance & Automation function manages the development and governance of the HR data and information strategy to facilitate business decisions and foster growth across the East Asia & Pacific region, encompassing 15 countries and approximately ~15,500 employees in total.
Overall, the function is responsible for:
Designing & Implementing an HR Data Strategy and Projects;
- HR Data Governance and Quality Assurance;
- Data Management;
- Business Intelligence; and
- Analytics
- The HR Data & Reporting Specialist plays a dual role in ensuring data integrity and governance across HR systems while designing and delivering business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and automated reporting.
