Job Description
A HR Director is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based hospitality and leisure client. This is a senior role as part of the leadership team covering all aspects of human resources management for the group businesses. Candidates must have worked in the hotel sector, be elligible to work in Ireland and have an established network.
Role of this position
To drive a customer service oriented and high-performance culture ensuring that the HR goals and activities are aligned to the business objectives and needs.
To act as a trusted and strategic adviser to the business, partnering with the leadership teams to improve business and operational performance by delivering key strategic business plans and initiatives.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the leadership of the business.
