Job Summary

:  Will lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, design recognition & rewards programs, develop incentive schemes, and analyze attrition trends. This role aims to foster positive Associate and client engagement and boost overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement:

    Develop strategies for improved job satisfaction and productivity.Conduct engagement surveys and gather feedback for enhancements.
  • Recognition & Rewards:

    Design and manage recognition programs.Collaborate with BHR and clients to identify top performers.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recognition initiatives.
  • Incentive Programs:

    Develop and administer incentive programs.Analyze performance metrics for optimized schemes.Regularly review and update incentive programs.
