Job Purpose / Summary
The HR – Employee Relations professional will be responsible for managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, and handling sensitive issues such as POSH cases, disciplinary actions, PIP, and Show Cause notices. The role aims to maintain a positive work environment while safeguarding organizational and employee interests.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Handle disciplinary processes , including drafting and managing Show Cause notices , domestic inquiries, and corrective action documentation.
- Support and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) in coordination with business and HR leadership.
- Actively manage and support POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) cases, including documentation, coordination with the Internal Committee (IC), and ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, banking regulations, and internal HR policies .
- Maintain accurate employee records, case documentation, and reports related to ER matters.
- Partner with business and HR teams to promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Assist in audits, internal reviews, and regulatory inspections related to HR and employee relations.
- Conduct employee awareness sessions on HR policies, POSH, and code of conduct, as required.
