About the role

As an HR Executive at Xuan Yu Construction Pte Ltd, you will play a key role in supporting the HR and administrative needs of our fast-paced construction company. This full-time position is based in the Tai Seng North-East Region and will involve a diverse range of HR responsibilities to ensure our team is well-supported and our operations run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  2. Maintaining personnel records and documentation
  3. Assisting with recruitment, including advertising roles, screening applicants and coordinating interviews
  4. Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees
  5. Administering employee benefits and leave entitlements
  6. Coordinating employee training and development opportunities
  7. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  8. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as required
