Position: HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: 6 Days

Job Profile:  

• Forecasting of the vacancies for different positions for various departments

• Sourcing candidates for vacancies through references & different job portals and from industry

• Scheduling the interviews

• Follow up with the candidates

• Referral check of candidates

• Completing the joining formalities of candidates & conducting induction

• Employee Engagement

• Employee Communication

• Should be able to formulate and implement new initiatives

• Engaging employees efficiently in various team building activities, cultural events to break the monotony of work

Desired Profile:

• Should have good knowledge of recruitment

• Good in Communication skill
