We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with a minimum 1 year of relevant experience to support the HR Manager in day-to-day human resource operations. The role involves handling recruitment coordination, communication with candidates, interview scheduling, employee records, attendance management, and providing administrative support to core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations and administrative activities
Make and attend phone calls related to recruitment, employee coordination, and internal communication
Follow up with prospective candidates and recruitment leads
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm interview appointments with candidates and interviewers
Assist during interview days and maintain interview schedules and records
Maintain and update employee attendance records and HR databases
