Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice BPO roles.
Implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Conduct telephonic screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures for critical positions.
