Job Description:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, follow up, and administration.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires at the Penang site, ensuring smooth pre-employment arrangements and orientation.
  • Handle HR documentation such as employment letters, staff records, attendance, claims, overtime (OT) calculations, and other HR-related forms.
  • Provide administrative support including maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and act as the first point of contact for HR matters at the Penang office.
