  • Recruitment & in-time position Closure, coordinating for all recruitment related activities
  • Manage Industrial Relationship(IR) issues at client
  • Ensuring Attendance of Associates in Plant in shifts.
  • Ensuring Retention of 97% of Associates.
  • Manage Employee relationship, labor and government authority relationship
  • Handle basic level legal issues, statutory and audit compliances
  • Managing Employee Life cycle management, HR Operations and Business Intelligence Support.
  • Facilitating Boarding & Lodging of Associates, On-boarding, Attendance management, Payroll processing, Performance Management, Exit interviews.
  • Periodic reporting & interaction with the senior management of the organization
  • Deriving employee Engagement and Fun Initiatives
  • Conducting Periodic Employee satisfaction survey.
  • Implementation of Industry Best Practices – Setting & replicating.
