Ensuring Retention of 97% of Associates. Manage Employee relationship, labor and government authority relationship Handle basic level legal issues, statutory and audit compliances Managing Employee Life cycle management, HR Operations and Business Intelligence Support. Facilitating Boarding & Lodging of Associates, On-boarding, Attendance management, Payroll processing, Performance Management, Exit interviews. Periodic reporting & interaction with the senior management of the organization Deriving employee Engagement and Fun Initiatives Conducting Periodic Employee satisfaction survey. Implementation of Industry Best Practices – Setting & replicating.
