Responsibilities
- Direct the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting compelling job advertisements and screening talent to facilitating interviews and managing the seamless integration of new hires through onboarding.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and IRAS tax filings, while managing employee benefits, leave entitlements, and attendance records through HR software.
- Standardize and maintain comprehensive HR records and documentation, ensuring all personnel files and internal reports are accurate and audit-ready.
- Support the execution of performance management frameworks and assist in identifying and coordinating professional development programs to enhance staff capabilities.
