As the first point of contact for employees, you will play a vital role in creating a positive employee experience. This position is responsible for a range of HR administrative functions, including managing contract renewals, and organising events to foster a collaborative and engaging workplace.
Job Description:
- Liaise with operations and employees on Re-employment, Conversion to Perm, and Fixed Term contract renewal matters.
- Handle employee onboarding, which includes conducting 1st Day New Hires Orientation and badge collection.
- Facilitate work pass renewal.
- Coordinate and organise engagement sessions.
- Handle employee offboarding.
- Provide support for Townhall and company events.
- Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
