Job Description

We are an established restaurant group dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for our diners. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team and strengthen our people operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and resolving employee grievances.
  • Manage full spectrum of HR administrative matters to ensure seamless operations.
  • Draft and issue contracts, employment letters, and related HR documents.
  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with regulations.
  • Maintain employee files and records.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment efforts, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews.
  • Undertake other tasks and assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in HR Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or service industry.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore's employment regulations and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Assistant HR Manager position.
