Job Description
We are an established restaurant group dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for our diners. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team and strengthen our people operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and resolving employee grievances.
- Manage full spectrum of HR administrative matters to ensure seamless operations.
- Draft and issue contracts, employment letters, and related HR documents.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with regulations.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment efforts, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews.
- Undertake other tasks and assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in HR Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or service industry.
- Good knowledge of Singapore's employment regulations and HR practices.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Assistant HR Manager position.
