Job Summary:

The Implant HR will be responsible for driving recruitment activities directly from the client’s site, ensuring timely sourcing, selection, and onboarding of candidates. The role requires hands-on recruitment through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and local networks, along with supporting HR operations at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing (Primary Responsibility):

    Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media platforms, and local databases .

    Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future manpower requirements.

    Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews in coordination with the client.

    Drive employer branding initiatives on social media to attract top talent.
