Job Title : HR Executive

Scope of the Job

  • Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

  • Manage HR operations such as employee records, HRMS, attendance, payroll inputs, and exits

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and welfare activities

  • Coordinate learning & development programs and track training effectiveness

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate HR roles (manufacturing/industrial setup preferred)

  • Working knowledge of HRMS, payroll processes, labor laws, and compliance

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
