Scope of the Job

Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

Manage HR operations such as employee records, HRMS, attendance, payroll inputs, and exits

Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and welfare activities
-
Coordinate learning & development programs and track training effectiveness
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
Qualifications
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
-
4+ years of experience in corporate HR roles (manufacturing/industrial setup preferred)
-
Working knowledge of HRMS, payroll processes, labor laws, and compliance
-
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
