Responsibilities:

  • Proceed with onboard & offboard for all the global employees
  • Collect HR Data and maintain databases and keeping records.
  • Provide overall HR support and business partnering
  • Liaise with insurance agencies
  • Engage with internal stakeholders on business-focus projects to research and coordinate on business initiatives.
  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
  • Excellent MS Office skills required for data management (especially MS Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant internal HR job experience
