We’re looking for a friendly and organised HR Executive to join an education setting on a maternity cover basis. This is a part-time, term-time role (29.5 hours per week) supporting staff across two primary school sites.
You’ll act as a trusted first point of contact for day-to-day HR matters, working closely with Headteachers and supported by a central HR function to ensure HR processes are compliant, well managed and supportive of a positive staff experience. The role is office-based, with some flexibility where possible.

You’ll enjoy working with people and building positive relationships, while feeling confident managing HR processes and sensitive situations. You’ll have experience across core HR activities, ideally within a school or public sector environment, and be organised, approachable and comfortable managing priorities across more than one site.
