Job Description

  1. Recruitment and Hiring -- Manage the recruitment process,including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews and onboarding.
  2. Talent Management -- Develop and implement talent management programs,includingperformance management, succession planning and employee development.
  3. Employee relations -- Provide guidance and support on employee relationsissues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and policy interpretation.
  4. Benefits Administration-- Administer employee benefits programs.
  5. Compliance -- Ensure compliance of laws and regulations.
  6. HRIS Systems -- maintaing HR records and systems.
  7. Training and Development -- Orientation programs for new employees, and refresher training programs for all employees.
  8. HR Policy Development and Implementation -- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  9. Performance Management -- Implement Performance management systems.
  10. Special projects -- participate in special projects.
