employee relations, training & development, performance management,
compliance, and compensation & benefits.

& Staffing:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all manufacturing roles, including production staff, supervisors, and administrative Blue Caller positions hiring.
  • Support workforce planning strategies based on production needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks, and on boarding processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are aligned with role requirements.
