Role Asst. Manager HR Location Kolkata Experience Range 5 - 7 years Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles Utilize various sourcing channels: job portals, social media,employee referrals, and recruitment agencies Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist in onboarding formalities and induction processes Support HRIS data management and employee record keeping Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with finance/payroll team Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Assist in compliance documentation and audits Support performance management and appraisal cycle Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication Requirements 57 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment metrics Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

5–7 years of experience in project management with a minimum of 3+ years in ERP Project Handling Experience Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations. Strong understanding of ERP ecosystem. Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
