Role Asst. Manager HR
Location Kolkata
Experience Range 5 - 7 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilize various sourcing channels: job portals, social media,employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in onboarding formalities and induction processes
- Support HRIS data management and employee record keeping
- Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with finance/payroll team
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in compliance documentation and audits
- Support performance management and appraisal cycle
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
