Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the group companies.
  • Review, execute and enforce HR Policies, SOPs and Employee Contracts for the group with senior management.
  • Advice senior management on human resources-related legal risks and opportunities in order to ensure compliance within the group.
  • Provide analytics and forecasting related to talent management, compensation planning and benefits, employee retention and long-term HR planning.
  • Partner with senior management to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all companies.
