• Payroll process: Coordinate payroll and work with payroll external vendor to ensure accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
• HR operations: Work closely with the HR Specialist in Thailand to manage employment conditions, probations, confirmations, and terminations in line with HR standard operating procedures.
