Overview

  • 1. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining employee leave and absenteeism records, including preparation of monthly reports.
  • 2. Prepare and distribute payroll for all employees.
  • 3. Assist in recruitment planning and conduct interview sessions.
  • 4. Manage and keep track of permit renewals for all foreign workers, ensuring timely processing and maintaining accurate data records.
  • 5. Stay updated on relevant foreign worker regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • 6. Liaise with the Immigration Department and relevant external agencies.
  • 7. Make FORMEMA arrangements for foreign workers.
  • 8. Support induction training for newly joined employees.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of working experiences in HR/ Foreign worker management.
