Overview
- 1. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining employee leave and absenteeism records, including preparation of monthly reports.
- 2. Prepare and distribute payroll for all employees.
- 3. Assist in recruitment planning and conduct interview sessions.
- 4. Manage and keep track of permit renewals for all foreign workers, ensuring timely processing and maintaining accurate data records.
- 5. Stay updated on relevant foreign worker regulations and ensure company compliance.
- 6. Liaise with the Immigration Department and relevant external agencies.
- 7. Make FORMEMA arrangements for foreign workers.
- 8. Support induction training for newly joined employees.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management.
- At least 4 to 5 years of working experiences in HR/ Foreign worker management.
