Job Summary:

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various HR functions within the NBFC sector. This position will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.


Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Performance Management:

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including collecting feedback and maintaining performance records.

  • Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.

  • HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee database and HR information system (HRIS).
  • Process employee leaves, attendance, and other HR-related transactions.

  • Compliance:

  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations relevant to the NBFC sector.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • (Number) years of experience in HR, preferably in the NBFC or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with specific HRIS systems used within the NBFC.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing.
  • Experience in conducting training programs.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems.
