Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee enquiries on payroll, leave, and benefits.
  • Manage EHS and quality audits and oversee recognition programs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers on recruitment and interviews.
  • Support HR initiatives, including performance management and employee surveys.
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, training, attrition, etc.).
  • Coordinate employee engagement events, seminars, and management meetings.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Min 2 Years of HR Experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
