Job Title: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources executive

HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
This includes collaborating with hiring managers, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition is essential.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn , Naukri , Apna Recruiter).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR systems and software.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field..
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, V-lookup PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
