HR Executive - Plant

Job description

 Manage end-to-end recruitment process for plant roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and
onboarding.
 Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
 Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and handle grievances.
 Manage and oversee food and transportation facilities for plant employees, ensuring smooth
operations and addressing any issues.
 Support payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking.
 Ensure health, safety, and welfare of employees in the plant.
 Assist with performance evaluations and training programs.
