onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and handle grievances.
Manage and oversee food and transportation facilities for plant employees, ensuring smooth
operations and addressing any issues.
Support payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking.
Ensure health, safety, and welfare of employees in the plant.
Assist with performance evaluations and training programs.
