Job Description
Hiring Process:
- Utilize all modes of hiring channels (internal and external sources) for hiring employees in Manufacturing Unit.
- Responsible for Screening Profiles and shortlist candidates for regular employment candidates and apprentice.
- Coordinate interview process and fix interview schedules with functional managers & facilitate the recruitment process by providing necessary materials, facilities, and assistance to the functional manager.
- Coordinate with Manager - HR Operations for interview schedules / conducting initial round of interview.
- Induction of new employees, coordination with other departments, making induction schedules.
- Coordinating for employee welfare programmes
- Handling employee grievances.
- Frequent visit to the shop floor
- Ensure high standards of house keeping and co ordinating with the supervisor.
- Alternate days working in both the units (Electronic City & Jigani)...
