Job Description

Hiring Process:

  • Utilize all modes of hiring channels (internal and external sources) for hiring employees in Manufacturing Unit.
  • Responsible for Screening Profiles and shortlist candidates for regular employment candidates and apprentice.
  • Coordinate interview process and fix interview schedules with functional managers & facilitate the recruitment process by providing necessary materials, facilities, and assistance to the functional manager.
  • Coordinate with Manager - HR Operations for interview schedules / conducting initial round of interview.
  • Induction of new employees, coordination with other departments, making induction schedules.
  • Coordinating for employee welfare programmes
  • Handling employee grievances.
  • Frequent visit to the shop floor
  • Ensure high standards of house keeping and co ordinating with the supervisor.
  • Alternate days working in both the units (Electronic City & Jigani)...
