Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing (Core)
- Manage monthly payroll end-to-end for local employees (and PRs), including overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, and unpaid leave adjustments.
- Maintain payroll master data (salary changes, bank details, tax status, CPF rates, employee categories).
- Administer employee claims (e.g., reimbursements) and ensure proper supporting documents and approvals.
- Prepare payroll journals, headcount/payroll reports, and monthly reconciliation (payroll vs. bank payment vs. GL).
- Coordinate payroll cut-off, approval workflow, and bank payment file generation (where applicable)
- CPF submissions: Prepare and submit CPF contributions, handle adjustments, refunds, late payment checks, and reconciliations.
- MOM portal transactions (as relevant to the company):
- Work pass applications/renewals/cancellations (EP/SP/WP) and related documentation tracking
