Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation .
Managing in monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) are accurate.
Manage attendance, leave records , and prepare related reports.
Support employee relations and coordinate staff engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Prepare HR reports and assist in internal audits or reviews.
Perform general HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Education & Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management , Business Administration , or any related field.
Additional certifications in HR or payroll (e.g., MIHRM , SHRM ) will be an added advantage.
