Your new roleAs an HR Executive (Recruitment), you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from sourcing through to onboarding. This is a hands‑on role where you will partner with hiring managers and external agencies to deliver timely, high‑quality talent solutions that align with business priorities.
Key responsibilities include:Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Drive hiring strategies via job portals, agencies, career fairs, and events. Set recruitment targets and timelines to ensure efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Partner with agencies and internal teams; provide interview training when needed. Prepare weekly reports and maintain compliance with employment regulations. Conduct exit interviews and share insights to improve retention. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting recruitment. Support HR policy updates and act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. What you’ll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you should bring at least 2 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience. A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, interview techniques, and candidate screening methods is essential. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database management is required; SAP experience will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high‑volume hiring efficiently will set you apart.
