Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee grievances, complaints and disciplinary matters
  • Assist in positive employee engagement and workplace harmony initiatives
  • Assist in performance management, counseling and conflict resolution
  • Uphold adherence to company policies and code of conduct
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industrial regulations
  • Represent the company in labor disputes, conciliation meetings and labor court matters
  • Responsible for corporate communication and all internal communication
  • Support employer branding and internal culture-building initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to ER, IR, and corporate communication
