Responsibilities
- Oversee employee grievances, complaints and disciplinary matters
- Assist in positive employee engagement and workplace harmony initiatives
- Assist in performance management, counseling and conflict resolution
- Uphold adherence to company policies and code of conduct
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industrial regulations
- Represent the company in labor disputes, conciliation meetings and labor court matters
- Responsible for corporate communication and all internal communication
- Support employer branding and internal culture-building initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to ER, IR, and corporate communication
