Responsibilities
- Responsible for areas of human resources including but not limited to compensation & benefits administration, payroll, staffing, employment processing, employee relations, training, records management, performance appraisal, HR system, audit & statutory compliance.
- Maintain HR system and data update accuracy and timely.
- Accountable for monthly payroll computation & processing.
- Responsible for new hires orientation, registration and documentation.
- Manage entire recruitment activities and participate in recruitment events, career/campus fairs.
- Administer training and HRD grant application.
- Handle employee relations matters including grievance, disciplinary & domestic inquiry.
- Liaise with statutory bodies & government authorities to ensure problem solving & objective is meet.
