Job Summary:
As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause and be part of a compassionate team.
For candidates with higher qualifications and extensive experience, a Senior HR Executive position will be offered
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings. candidate screening, and interview coordination. Make salary proposals for new hires.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Oversee staff offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring workplace harmony.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support in the annual performance review and compensation review exercise.
- Manage staff insurance enrolment. review, and termination.
- Coordinate employee professional development sponsorship.
- Manage internship programs by liaising with institutes and stakeholders.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Act as a secretary or secretariat for the HR Sub Committee.
- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Any other ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
