Human Resource Executive (1-Year Contract)
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive (1-year contract) to support daily HR operations and administration. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role supports recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, employee relations, training coordination, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws.
- Handle work pass applications and liaise with relevant authorities.
- Support probation, performance review, and annual appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training logistics and maintain training records.
- Administer employee benefits and support payroll processing.
- Assist with HR digitalisation initiatives, staff engagement activities, and ad hoc HR tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin generalist experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems (e.g., Access EasyPay).
- Strong organisational, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to start asap.
