Role Overview
The HR Executive (Maternity Cover) will support the Human Resources team in ensuring smooth and effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations during the maternity coverage period. This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to support recruitment activities, employee administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Coordination
Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interviews and follow up on recruitment requirements.
Prepare onboarding documentation and issue new joiner announcements.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking reports.
HR Operations & Administration
Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, confirmation, internal movements, and exits.
Draft and issue HR-related letters and documentation.
