HR Executive

About the role

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping the HR strategy and practices for our diverse and growing business. Based in the Joo Koon West Region, this full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in human resources consulting and generalist HR to support our organisation's success.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with business leaders to identify and implement effective HR solutions that support our strategic objectives
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off-boarding
• Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR policies, processes and systems
• Provide generalist HR support and advice to employees at all levels

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or in-house environment
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
