Position Purpose
Manage the various functions of HR. Set objectives for the HR initiatives on employee engagement. Resolve complex and diverse issues and serve as escalation point for other support staff.
Responsibilities
Administrative of HR Services
- Vet memo & HR updates
- Perform data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement in processes
- Respond to enquiries concerning non‑routine/complex issues and serve as escalation point for other support staff
- Monitor budget and recommend actions
- Upkeep all materials belonging to the department
- Prepare reports (attrition, report, levy/quota, estab, bonus, AI)
- Set up processes and procedures to uphold policies/ training application
- Manage course administration and monitor grant
- Register WSQ modules and administer Skillsconnect
- Process payroll and prepare monthly payroll report
